Setting a New Benchmark for Property Inspectors
In 1975, Rick started Greenwich Home Improvement, his first business in the construction industry. This was a pivotal learning experience for Rick, and he went on to start several other successful businesses in the field, including an operation specializing in the installation, repair, and restoration of slate and tile roofing systems. With the help of a military coatings chemist, Rick invented a brand new commercial product, Cedar Life®, that significantly prolongs the life of cedar roofing systems.
Altogether, Rick has over 34 years of construction-related experience—and when you combine that with his commitment to continuing education, it’s easy to understand why Rick has a reputation for providing the most reliable property inspection services around.
